Primrose Hill

A leading luxury flooring and homeware brand is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team in our Primrose Hill showroom. With a reputation for exceptional quality and design-led products, we offer a rewarding environment where creativity and customer engagement are key.
The Role
This is a consultative sales position where you will support clients throughout their buying journey, from their first visit to delivery and aftercare. You will work closely with customers, helping them select the perfect products to suit their design vision while providing expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising customers on high-end homeware solutions, ensuring their design and functional needs are met
- Building strong client relationships, from initial enquiry to sale completion and aftercare
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits
- Processing payments, organising deliveries, and coordinating product samples
- Collaborating with the showroom team to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar showroom environment, ideally within one-to-one customer service in sectors such as furniture, homeware, interior design, or fashion.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A passion for customer service and sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Confidence using computers and handling basic maths calculations

Working Hours
Showroom opening hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
- Closed on Bank Holidays
This is a full-time, permanent role working five days per week on a rota basis.
