Warehouse Stock Assistant

Location: Kettering
Salary: £22,405 per annum

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Stock Assistant to join our client's distribution centre in Kettering. This is a permanent position offering a competitive annual salary of £22,405.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits to ensure accuracy of stock received from suppliers using the GFR program.
  • Conduct audits on pickers to verify accuracy of stock for stores, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to audit and error verification procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity in all aspects of work.
  • Achieve productivity targets in line with customer expectations.
  • Review daily targets to meet operational goals.

Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, rotating shifts between 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am in a chilled environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and respond to audible warning devices.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
