Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised, one-on-one consultations to understand customer's preferences, style, and requirements.

Assist clients in selecting the perfect pair of shoes to complement their individual style and needs.
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by offering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a client book for follow-up and personalised recommendations.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for luxury footwear and fashion.
Proven experience in luxury retail or sales, preferably in one-to-one consultative sales environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for style.
Sales-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Knowledge of current fashion trends and designer brands is a plus.
